All new clients are required to complete a brief phone consultation prior to their first appointment.

Consultations are held on Mondays only, 10:00am-2:00 PM. This day is dedicated exclusively to consults-no services will be performed on Mondays.

You may reserve your preferred appointment time in advance; however, the appointment will only be confirmed once consultation is completed.

This allows us to:

• Ensure the correct service is selected

• Discuss your hair goals and history

• Allocate appropriate timing

• Maintain the quality and flow of the schedule
