✨ Booking & Consultation Policy

Required Consultation for New Clients

All new clients are required to complete a phone consultation prior to appointment approval.

Appointments may be requested in advance; however, they will only be confirmed after a successful consultation and evaluation.

Consultation Details:

• Phone consultations are approximately 10–15 minutes

• A required intake questionnaire must be completed beforehand

• During the call, we will discuss:

• Hair history (color, relaxers, chemical treatments)

• Current condition & goals

• Lifestyle & maintenance expectations

• Service suitability & pricing

This process ensures:

• Proper service selection

• Realistic expectations

• Healthy hair outcomes

• A seamless in-salon experience

Once approved, your appointment will be officially confirmed.

In-Salon Consultations

For guests who prefer an in-person evaluation, an in-salon consultation is available for a fee.

This service includes:

• Hands-on hair assessment

• Scalp and strand evaluation

• Personalized service plan

• Product recommendations

The consultation fee does not apply toward same-day services.

Scheduling Policies

• Appointments must be booked through the online booking system.

• A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.

• Please ensure you are booking the correct service. If unsure, schedule a consultation first.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may result in a cancellation fee.

• No Call / No Show appointments will result in full forfeiture of booking privileges.
